Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and provision of the CasaVeritas Report service, offered through casaveritasreport.com by REVALUE PROPTECH SL, CIF B67818583, C/ Arquitecte Arnau 24, 46020 València, Spain (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a report you accept these Terms in full.

1. Description of the service

The CasaVeritas Report is an independent pre-purchase due-diligence document focused on a single Spanish residential property, delivered as a branded PDF within 72 hours of receiving all required inputs (or 48 hours under the urgent add-on). The report typically includes: property identification cross-check against the Spanish Cadastre, independent fair-value assessment, ITP/AJD tax estimate by autonomous community, summary of charges and title notes, urban-planning quick check, simplified financial model and a single recommendation (proceed / negotiate / walk away).

        The report is informational. It does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, legal, fiscal, architectural or structural advice from licensed professionals. Any decision to buy, negotiate or withdraw from a transaction is yours alone.
      

2. Price and payment

The reference price of a single CasaVeritas Report is 149€ (VAT as applicable), paid upfront via Stripe.
Add-ons (urgent 48-hour delivery, human document review, in-person visit) are priced and accepted separately.
Prices shown on the website are for one (1) property per report.

3. Delivery window

The 72-hour delivery window starts when we have received (i) your payment, (ii) the property address or cadastral reference, and (iii) any mandatory inputs requested via the intake form. The window is measured in business hours (Monday to Friday, Madrid time), excluding Spanish national and regional public holidays.

4. Your obligations

Provide accurate information about the property and your situation.
Share any document we reasonably request to complete the analysis.
Use the report exclusively for your own pre-purchase decision. You may share it with your lawyer, mortgage advisor or family, but not redistribute or resell it.

5. Refund policy

Our refund policy combines consumer protection with reasonable limits on a delivered digital product:

Full refund if we cannot locate, identify or analyse the property (for example, the address does not exist, or there is no cadastral reference available). In that case we refund 100% of the amount paid.
Free senior-analyst review if you consider the delivered report insufficient or incorrect. You may request a review within 14 days of delivery; a senior analyst will re-examine the file and issue a revised version within 48 business hours, at no additional cost.
50% partial refund if, after the senior-analyst review, you remain unsatisfied. This partial refund acknowledges the work performed while respecting your concerns. It is granted within 14 calendar days of your second complaint.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): in accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been delivered and the service has been fully performed, provided that (i) you have given your express prior consent to begin execution before the end of the withdrawal period and (ii) you have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm both points at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability

The report is elaborated with professional diligence using the best public information available (Cadastre, Property Registry, market comparables, publicly available urban-planning data) and any documentation you provide. CasaVeritas Report does not guarantee the completeness of third-party public sources, nor the absence of encumbrances that do not appear in the public records at the time of analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in relation to a report is limited to the total amount paid for that report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Spanish law.

7. Intellectual property

The content, structure and visual identity of the report are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own real-estate decision. Redistribution, publication or commercial resale is prohibited.

8. Independence and conflicts of interest

We work exclusively for the buyer. We do not receive commissions, referral fees or any other form of compensation from sellers, real estate agencies, developers or banks. If we ever identify a conflict of interest, we will disclose it in writing before delivering the report.

9. Complaints and customer service

Any complaint must be sent to hello@casaveritasreport.com. We commit to acknowledge within 2 business days and to resolve within 14 calendar days.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of València, except where mandatory consumer-law rules designate a different forum.

11. Online dispute resolution (EU)

Consumers residing in the EU may access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
